KEPLER REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

We're very confident you'll love your Kepler safety keychain but if you don't we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Just contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will refund the purchase price with no questions asked! 

PLEASE NOTE:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or Kepler has made an error with your order.

In order for the return to be accepted the product/s must be unused and in their original packaging.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Once product has arrived back at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 days for your return/refund to be processed internally. Don’t worry - we’ll keep you notified every step of the way.
